Horská ubytovňa Hrebienok - Smokovce

Within the scenic High Tatras, Horská ubytovňa Hrebienok is situated on the south-eastern slope the Slavkovsky peak. Hiking trips can be enjoyed in the surroundingsyear round. It offers touristic accommodation in simple rooms and apartments with views of surrounding nature and peaks of the High Tatras. Starý Smokovec, the oldest Tatras settlement, is a 5-minute cable car ride away and guests receive free ticked for 4 rides between Starý Smokovec-Hrebienok. The guests receive a welcome drink.

Guests can also use discounted entry to the wellness centre of the Grandhotel Starý Smokovec. Onsite parking isavailable since the property is situated in a protected area. Surcharged public parking in Starý Smokovec is possible at the funicular located nearby and public garage parking is also provided for an extra charge.

All rooms are simply furnished and come with a private bathroom with a shower. A balcony with views or an extra bed are available in some rooms.

3-course dinners and lunches can be enjoyed for a surcharge in the Hrebienok restaurant, located 2 minutes from the property entry, and need to be ordered at least 24-hours in advance.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

Your car can be parked for a surcharge at the parking situated opposite the Grandhhotel Starý Smokovec or in the covered garage next to the Grandhhotel Starý Smokovec.

The guests can also use a free of charge individual transport service available outside cable car operating hours. Please note that this service need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

One-way ticket to the cable car can be collected at the R. Jelínek tasting bar (by the Grandhotel Starý Smokovec) The other rides will be provided at the hotel check-in together with the Gopass card.
